Meet Sue Lischuk, MPH,RD,LDN,CEDS
Certified Eating Disorders Specialist

Your partner in eating disorder recovery and nutrition support
Hi! I’m Sue!
I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery and disordered eating. I believe recovery is possible — not through rigid food rules or diets, but through rebuilding connection with your body, emotions, and nourishment.
Since becoming an RD, I have worked in many avenues of nutrition including long term care, clinical, and school nutrition. Currently, I work with clients in a virtual private practice. My focus is to help heal relationships with food and food flexibility. I am very passionate about nutrition and the science behind it. I am empowered by the feeling of educating individuals of all things nutrition! I work closely with the client; and I am honored to be part of their outpatient team to help them go toward recovery.

Professional Focus Areas
- Eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, OSFED)
- Disordered eating and chronic dieting
- Intuitive eating and body image healing
- Nutrition support for mental health and recovery
Clinical Training Meets Real – World Care
I’ve supported clients in multidisciplinary treatment settings including inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I work closely with therapists, physicians, and families to ensure coordinated, effective care.

Gentle, evidence-based nutrition without judgment
Nourishment is an act of care – not control
In our work together, we’ll focus on:
- Understanding hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues
- Challenging food fears and “good/bad” food labels
- Building structured, sustainable eating patterns
- Restoring body trust and flexibility
Every person’s recovery looks different. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you — at your pace, with respect and empathy.
