A Registered Dietitian is a trained nutrition professional who has met the strict education and standards set forth by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. A board certified exam is administered and must be passed after completion of 1,200 supervised practice. Registered Dietitians must complete continuing professional education requirements to maintain registration. You will see the term “nutritionist” used interchangeably – there is no licensure to use the term.
A nutrition coach has no mandated requirements. There are no formal education requirements; no licensure examination.

If you hold an insurance plan that I am not in network with; then I can provide a Superbill for out of network reimbursement; if applicable.
For Self-pay – standard rates will apply. I do hold a few slots on a sliding scale fee basis for those with evidence of financial need.
